Terms of Service
Last updated: 24 September 2026
1. Who you are agreeing with
Pip is provided by [LEGAL NAME], trading as Mitchcreates, [SERVICE ADDRESS], Germany. By installing or using Pip you agree to these terms.
2. What Pip does
Pip helps you review the photos and videos on your device and delete the ones you no longer want, while Pip the fox keeps you company.
3. Deleting photos is permanent, and it is your decision
This is the most important thing in these terms, so it is worth being blunt about it.
- Pip only ever removes photos you have marked for removal, and your device's operating system always shows its own confirmation before anything is removed.
- Once confirmed, deletion may be permanent and irreversible. Whether a deleted photo can be recovered depends entirely on your device, your operating system version, and any backup or cloud sync you have set up. Pip cannot recover deleted photos for you.
- You are responsible for keeping your own backups. Please make sure you have one before doing a large clean-up.
4. Acceptable use
Please do not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the app, and do not use it to process content you have no right to access.
5. Availability
Pip is offered as-is. We aim to keep it working well, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will remain compatible with every future device or operating system version.
6. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for intent or gross negligence, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including under the German Product Liability Act.
Subject to that, liability for slight negligence is limited to the breach of material contractual obligations, and to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
7. Governing law
German law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country you live in.
The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
8. Changes
These terms may be updated. Material changes will be noted in the app's release notes, and the date at the top of this page will change.
